We are searching for a General Surgeon to join our team of 2 other providers in a private, not-for-profit Community Hospital that just opened a brand-new facility.
oCompensation package with base of $450,000 to $500,000
RVU productivity bonus
o$300,000 in incentives available
o4 day work week
oEmployer paid Medical / Dental Insurance.
oEmployer paid Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance.
o$4,500 CME Allowance.
oPaid Annual Memberships to Professional Organizations.
o20 Vacation Days / 5 CME Days / 5 Sick Days.
o10 Paid Holidays per Year.
o$50,000 Sign On Bonus / $15,000 Relocation Assistance.
