Manufacturing Operations Manager

We are currently working with a manufacturer in your area that is looking to fill the role of Operations Manager.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the is responsible for managing plans to achieve all Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost KPI s as defined for all production departments.

Minimum education and
Experience:

Minimum of a High School Diploma, BS degree preferred.

3-5 years of similar experience in a manufacturing facility.

Specific skills and requirements:

Knowledgeable concerning production machinery, manufacturing flow and processes.

Excellent communication (verbal and written), problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership skills.

Structured and organized.

Solid computer skills. Working knowledge of electronic spreadsheet applications and word processing programs.

Ability to analyze the manufacturing process to ensure safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and overall cost objectives are met.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
